Terms and Conditions of Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between KASDESBONAIRE (“Owner”) and the Guest.

1. Reservation and Payment Terms 1.1 The rental agreement is established between the Owner, KASDESBONAIRE, and the Guest upon booking. 1.2 A deposit equal to 25% of the total booking amount is required to secure a reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. 1.3 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Payment must be made to the bank account provided by the Owner. 1.4 For bookings made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, the total booking amount must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
2. Cancellation Policy 2.1 In the event of a cancellation, the initial 25% deposit is non-refundable. 2.2 If the Guest cancels the reservation within 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total booking amount will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
3. Smoking Policy 3.1 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. If smoking is detected inside the apartment, the Guest will be subject to a penalty fee of $250 which includes the cost of deep cleaning the premises.
4. Pool Usage 4.1 The use of the pool is at the Guest’s own risk. The Owner does not provide supervision at the pool. 4.2 Diving is strictly prohibited, as the pool depth is only 1.50 meters.
5. Force Majeure 5.1 In the event of force majeure, such as a natural disaster or fire, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the rental. The Owner will refund the amount paid for the rental of the apartment but will not be responsible for refunding travel expenses, airline tickets, or other related costs. Because Courtyard Village is still under development, there MAY be daytime inconvenience from construction activities.
6. Damage to Property 6.1 The Guest agrees to be financially responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The cost of any damage will be charged to the Guest.
7. Pet Policy 7.1 Pets are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the rental agreement without refund.
8. Website Disclaimer 8.1 No rights can be derived from the information or content on the Owner’s websites (KASDESBONAIRE.NL or KASDESBONAIRE.COM). The Owner reserves the right to make changes to the website without notice.

By confirming a reservation with KASDESBONAIRE, the Guest agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
